Kind and friendly service

I reached out to Andy in the early hours of my dad’s 90th birthday, as his ears were completely blocked with wax and he was struggling to hear. Andy responded promptly and was able to come out at lunch time the same day. He syringed and cleaned out dad’s ears and then checked and cleaned his hearing aids, so he was able to fully participate in his birthday celebrations. Andy offered an extremely professional, kind and friendly service and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
