Steve Blanthorn4 August 2026Incredible Service : Andy came out to my home address with less than 24hours notice to help me with what I had assumed to be an ear wax problem. Within about 60 seconds of arriving he had checked both of my ears and confirmed there was no ear wax but instead diagnosed another problem that I could self medicate at home. He said there was no charge for the call-out and it was only upon my insistence that he reluctantly accepted a token amount to cover his fuel. A thoroughly affable and decent chap whom I am happy to wholeheartedly recommend without hesitation.

Andy was very patient and caring towards my mother whilst doing micro suction.it was a home visit which was ideal as mums mobility is not great now. Would highly recommend.

I have severe vertigo & Andy was straight to the rescue. He was very approachable, professional and has years of knowledge. He explained every step of the wax removal and ear examination which made me feel very comfortable.

I called Andy on the Monday and by Tuesday he was able to do a home visit for my dad. His friendly manner put my dad at ease and Andy was very professional throughout. My dad was very grateful for Andy swift response and was extremely pleased with the result noticing a difference immediately. Having someone be able to come out and do this helped me enormously too as GP services are no longer able to offer this service. Will definitely be using Andy again and highly recommend.
Nothing was too much trouble
I cannot recommend Andy enough! He came to the house; with very short notice, and did an amazing job. Nothing was too much trouble, he was so patient and kind and explained every step of the process from start to end. To be honest we wish we had known about him before. I would 100% use him again and recommend others to do so.

Wow! I can actually hear again!!! What a great service, Andy is fantastic I would highly recommend him if you need your ears clearing, he comes to your house, you don’t need to wait weeks for a appointment, his prices are better than previous places I have been to and he is great at his job.

Great service I found him through google while on holiday in Crete.
Explained we was flying back that day and my ear was severely blocked causing pain and imbalance.
Andy was great and literally came out as soon as we arrived home from the airport and was able to flush the nasty stuff out.

Kind and friendly service
I reached out to Andy in the early hours of my dad’s 90th birthday, as his ears were completely blocked with wax and he was struggling to hear. Andy responded promptly and was able to come out at lunch time the same day. He syringed and cleaned out dad’s ears and then checked and cleaned his hearing aids, so he was able to fully participate in his birthday celebrations. Andy offered an extremely professional, kind and friendly service and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
